How to choose steps for your pool

Comfortable and ergonomic pool steps are much more than a simple means of access. They are an essential part of your pool: safe,stylish and a source of comfort… why go without them?

Interior or exterior steps? You can’t make up your mind…

There are two main types of steps on the in-ground pool market: interior and exterior.

  • interior steps: more discreet and modern, they perfectly fit the interior shape of your pool, without modifying its overall structure. With interior steps, you save space in your garden and create space around the pool, enabling you to fully enjoy poolside activities and to observe your children’s every movement. However, both the choice of the position and the swimming area are more restricted.
  • exterior steps: installed outside of the pool structure, they enable you to optimise the swimming area. They also offer you more peace and quiet… With this type of steps you can relax away from splashes! Another advantage: they can be installed in different places around the pool, depending on the configuration of your garden or terrace or according to the exposure to sunlight. The only disadvantage: the installation of a shelter or cover may be more complex.

Inside: these steps with pure, contemporary style are positioned in the angle of your Waterair pool to optimise the swimming area.

Exit steps (exterior)

Orbis : these steps represent the “compact” model of the Waterair Swimming Pools range. 1.17 m in width, they adapt particularly well to small and mid-sized pools.

Escalight®* LED lights: available for entry and exit steps. With the Escalight® option you will enhance your evenings around the pool thanks to the step lighting. Not available for Orbis steps.
